QUALITY ASSURANCE and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We guarantee that our tires - over 20,000 used tires in stock - meet our high standards. Though we do not know the history and usage conditions of our tires, our quality assurance policy includes repeat tests.

When a tire is added to inventory, we check for apparent damage, measure tread, and test air pressure to ensure good quality. Some of our tires have been satisfactorily repaired (safe spots only) by specially trained technicians using industry-approved methods. We do not sell tires with sidewall repairs or plugs. Please note, we do not guarantee white wall or white letters. We only guarantee one sidewall to be black.

When a tire is sold, our technicians repeat air tests before tires are packaged for shipping or installed on-site. By monitoring the amount of air pressure over time, we can ensure there are no slow leaks or bubbles. Every single tire is tested with air before it leaves our warehouse.
