Return Policy Customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied, all tires (with our company logo) may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. All of our tires are sold "as is". Though we do not know the history or usage conditions of our tires, every tire that leaves our warehouse is visually and air inspected to check for apparent damage and measure tread. Some of our tires have been satisfactorily repaired (safe spots only) by specially trained technicians using industry-approved methods. We do not sell tires with sidewall repairs or plugs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and wish to make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us with your intention to return tire(s) for a full refund or to exchange for another tire(s): 1-561-640-0856 Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5:30  PM and Saturday 8 AM - 1 PM

2. Return tire to our warehouse: Attention: Returns Caroline Tire 2132 Indian Road West Palm Beach 33409. Once we have received the return, we will process a full refund for the original purchase price (less shipping and insurance costs) or ship a replacement at your expense.
